- MYSORE CLASSES
Practitioners are encouraged to incorporate their daily Mysore practice or learn the sequence from scratch, as Lara gives adjustments and guidance.
- FRIDAY WORKSHOP
Be prepared to have the sweatiest meditation ever. In this guided class Lara will focus on teaching the principles throughout every movement. Following her gentle, concise, and eye-opening instruction you will finally find the magic of being fully in each pose and experience the freedom that brings in body and mind. Expect to be inside and to feel each pose in a new way in this full primary led class.
- SATURDAY WORKSHOP
In this session Lara will explain the basic Ashtanga Principle: the Tristhana. In this workshop she will break down what it means to be inside the asana, breath, and gaze point in each moment of practice and how correct use of this formula can take the practitioner to the next level. You will get clarity on what perfection of asana truly means, just how deeply and loudly the sounded breath should sound, and what to do with those wandering eyes.
Prepare to move, to sweat and to have all your questions answered!

- SUNDAY WORKSHOP
In this workshop, Lara will focus on breaking down the moving pieces that link the postures together, called the vinyasa. The purpose of vinyasa is for internal cleansing. Breathing and moving together while performing asanas makes the blood hot, or as Pattabhi Jois said, “boils the blood” removing impurities and disease. It is essential to our practice. Vinyasa means breathing and moving together, and when it is mastered, the practitioner experiences a blissful lightness and yogic glow. With Lara’s easy to learn techniques, you will learn to lift up and flow through in your practice mastering the elusive art of jump backs and jump throughs . All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. Lara’s step by step approach aligns with the practitioner and takes him to the next tier, inspired for further growth.
